14-day money-back guarantee

If VODRaven isn't right for you, email support@vodraven.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.

What's covered

• Lifetime license: a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Monthly subscription: a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of subscribing. After that you can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Renewal payments aren't refunded.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@vodraven.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number. We'll reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, our reseller, and usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Once your license is refunded, it's deactivated.

What's not covered

VODRaven uses your own Anthropic API key, and other services you choose to connect (such as ElevenLabs) also use your own keys. Those services bill you directly, so we can't refund what you spent with them.

Your rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
